Order Information
Opening Order Minimum: $1,000
Product Minimum: 10 units of coolers or drinkware. They must be the same size and style but colors can be assorted
Lead time: Estimated at 4 weeks but varies depending on order details. Rush fees are an option if you have a quick turnaround time. We cannot provide a guarantee until the order details are confirmed with our decoration partner.
Sample: Four pre-production digital proofs are included in the decoration cost. Physical samples available by request.

Payment Information
Payment: Orders can be prepaid by ACH or credit card. We require 50% payment of the order value at the time of shipment to our decoration partner. This will be charged once the order is processed through the ICEMULE Warehouse and is pending decoration.
Shipping Details
Shipping is estimated at 10-12%
of order value. All orders will ship Ground or Freight depending on
order size. Shipping is provided to 1 location. Freight orders will be
delivered to 1st floor only.
Drop Ship Details: Drop shipping is available at an additional $5.00 per location.
Packaging Details: All coolers will be individually packaged flat in a poly bag.
Shipping: Orders will ship in bulk to one location via ground or freight depending on order size. Freight orders will be delivered to the 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available by request. Additional fees will be applied. International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fees. ICEMULE is not responsible for tax and duty.

Rush Fee Options
Orders can be expedited with associated costs, please contact us for these options as they vary by units and delivery details.
Cancellation Policy
Any booked order that is cancelled prior to customization will be
charged a 15% restock fee. Orders that have entered production are final
and cannot be returned or refunded.
