- 22 inches long, 19 inch wide opening at top, 9 inch base
There is no other cooler like an IceMule. We combined the portability of a backpack with the performance of a hard cooler, so you can take your cooler anywhere.
With no zippers, the IceMule is easy to get in and out of. Plus, our welded seams & PolarLayerTM insulation make the IceMule is completely waterproof and keeps contents ice cold for 24 hours+.
MuleSkinETTM & MuleSkinEVTM
MuleSkinETTM, our exceptionally sturdy exterior fabric and MuleSkinEVTM, our tough interior layer, combine to create a rugged shell that protects against the elements and allows for superior ice retention.
Insulating foam keeps contents cold for up to 24 hours. Plus - only the IceMule's IM AirValveTM lets you add air for extra insulation.
This unique feature allows air to be added to the insulation layer (enhancing insulation) and releases air so the cooler can roll up for travel & storage.
Perfect fit on top of my kayak. Used the same bag of ice on three trips (putting whatever is left in the freezer overnight) in a Key West summer. Great for mangrove/flats fishing. Kept my fish/food/water cold. I was concerned that the 22" would not be large enough, but I was pleasantly surprised by its size.
After opening the package of the 22" Pro Catch, I looked it over and put it through a simple but clear test. I put three 2" thick by 4" x 8" frozen sponges inside and rolled it up and secured it for 24 hours. Leaving it sit in the warm 75 degree house for those 24 hours, I was amazed to find that the sponges inside were still putting out the cold. Each sponge was only half thawed out, the centers were all still frozen solid. Looking forward to using this next season.
